  • Isolation and  chracterization of    Bacteria and Fungi from  rhizosphere soil
  • Purification and  Characterization  of Secondary Metabolites  from  diverse rhizosphere   of Bacteria,  Fungi and  Medicinal plants.
  • Identification secondary metabolites genes   from bacteria  and  fungi by PCR
  • To study the  defence related enzymes such as Phenylalanine ammonialyase, Tyrosine ammonialyase, Peroxidase and Poly phenol oxidase and Phenol
  • Primary  screening and characterization of   of lytic enzymes  from  bacteria  and  fungi
  • Application of talc formulation using   antagonistic bacteria   and Fungi, to control of plant disease in both green house and field conditions.
  • Estimation of Plant  growth  hormones  from  bacteria and fungi
